Evergreen

Statement:

The ARNDT Collection is delighted to announce the upcoming solo exhibition entitled “Evergreen” by internationally acclaimed artist, Desire Moheb-Zandi, at The Artbarn Art Space in Cape Schanck.

"Evergreen" features new handwoven works by Desire Moheb-Zandi. 

Crafted on a floor loom through repetitive weaving, knotting, and wrapping, these tactile forms shift between geometric structure and organic line. 

By extending beyond the wall, they occupy space as both textile and sculpture.

Ultimately, the exhibition aims to expand the material possibilities of weaving, pushing textile abstraction into new spatial territory.
