Music Museum

The Iranian Music Museum is one of the newest museums in Iran. It houses approximately 240 musical instruments of 200 different types, which are displayed across three floors. The museum features various sections such as an instrument exhibition hall (including percussion, string, wind, traditional, and regional string instruments), the museum's treasure trove, an audio-visual archive, a specialized library, a workshop for demonstrating the stages of instrument making, a special storage for preserving instruments, a repository for written products, a café, and an audio-visual section. In the museum's archive, the first musical records ordered by Mozaffar al-Din Shah Qajar are available, making this archive one of the richest collections of music in Iran.
